Return Policy
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. To cancel, please email us at yeti.3design@gmail.com with your order number and a clear cancellation request.
Right of Withdrawal
Once your order is delivered, you have 14 days to decide if you wish to keep it. To withdraw from your purchase, email a clear withdrawal request, including your order number, to yeti.3design@gmail.com. If you’d like a different product, please return the original and place a new order. We will provide a shipping label by email; use it to return the item in its original packaging with all included elements. We may charge a fee if the product shows signs of use, missing parts, or excessive packaging damage. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective Products
If you notice visible damage to the packaging upon delivery, report it to the shipping provider immediately. For incorrect or damaged items, email us at yeti.3design@gmail.com with your order number, a description, and a photo of the defect. Normal wear, accidents, and misuse are not considered defects. Upon receiving your notice, we will determine if the defect is covered by warranty. If it is, we may choose to (i) repair the item, (ii) send a replacement, (iii) offer a price reduction, or (iv) issue a refund, at no cost to you. We cover return shipping costs for valid warranty claims. If the warranty does not apply, you will be responsible for return and reshipment costs.
Refunds
If eligible for a refund, we will process it as soon as we receive the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Unclaimed Shipments
If your order is sent to a pick-up location and is unclaimed within the carrier’s specified timeframe, we reserve the right to charge you for the shipping costs to and from our facility.
